This book is a lead up to the upcoming CBS All Access streaming series that see the return of Sir Patrick Stewart to the STAR TREK universe. Both Kirsten Beyer and Mike Johnson are no strangers to worlds of STAR TREK (especially the comics); they present a great script that grabs you right from page one. The art in this book is wonderful; the actors’ likenesses are near perfect and the color scheme is great. Overall it’s an intriguing start to what could be a very interesting series. Check it out.
