The Fellowship was fortunate enough to obtain a copy of Van Helsing Vs Robyn Hood. I was very excited to be able to review this one. Another short miniseries out of the Grimm Universe. This team up will feature, Liesel and Robyn. Two of Grimm’s very strong female heroines. This will follow the two on 2 different paths in the beginning in which one lead puts them at the same place after same crime boss. The crazy nut  is creating a dangerous designer drug and testing it out on humans. Which of course have some deadly result. One of which pits our 2 heroines against each other. When you have two characters with a long history you worry that one will outshine the other. Tedesco delivers a beautiful story in which he lets both stars have an equal amount of time to shine in their own unique ways. This issue starts off with a bang and continues to deliver to the last page.

I’ve always loved Grimm Fairy Tale’s covers. It’s part of what drew me to the Grimm line in the first place. They are beautiful, sexy and drawn by some amazing talent. This miniseries will deliver that same punch to us. It will come in 4 gorgeous covers and a fifth blank sketch variant to get your own sexy artwork put on it.

Cover A: Riveiro & Ceci de la Cruz Cover
Cover B: Sheldon Goh & Sanju Nivangune
Cover C: Billy Tucci & Ula Mos
Cover D: Meguro
Cover E: Blank Sketch Cover

The story will be told in 4 issues. The first issue, the story moves at a good pace and we know by the end a main part of the story. It made me curious about this drug being made and if they have thought as far as to a cure? The Otero's artwork in this issue was just beautiful. It was bold, vibrant and Fluid. It made the action scenes amazing. He made Tedesco's story come alive.  I had a lot of fun reading this issue and I highly recommend you checking it out.
